Sunset drinks in Lisbon

I’m back in Lisbon and one of the things that I enjoy the most is going out for a drink with friends and watch the sunset and now that the days are getting sunnier, the better.

There’s a lot of good places in Lisbon where you can go, sit comfortable, have a drink and enjoy the sunset with a good view.

Here’s a list of places to go and watch the sunset

1) Lost in, 📌 Principe Real

The décor is inspired by India and the ambience and menu are cosmopolitan. This cafe-restaurant is located in a large terrace overlooking the city. During the week you can enjoy the happy hour for cocktails.

2) Bar Park, 📌 Bairro Alto

The rooftop of a car park (located on the 7th floor) was transformed into a bar with a beautiful view over the city, the bridge and a church.

3) Noobai Cafe, 📌 Bairro Alto

Located in “Miradouro do Adamastor” in the old part of Lisbon, you will find Noobai Café. You can enjoy the view and on Sundays there’s usually live music.

4) Chapitô à mesa, 📌 Castelo

Located near St. Jorge’s castel is Chapitô, a place dedicated to performing arts where you can take a workshop, watch a play or simply have a meal/drink and appreciate the gorgeous views.

5) Sky bar Tivoli, 📌 Avenida da Liberdade

On the top of the Tivoli Hotel, this is a lounge area with sofas where you may gaze out to the river and at the St Jorge’s castle.

6) Portas do Sol, 📌 Alfama

With a glamourous view overlooking the Alfama rooftops and the Tagus River, at a short distance from Saint Jorge Castle, Portas do Sol is the place where you can have a drink and appreciate Lisbon.

7) Topo, 📌 Martim Moniz

Located on the top of a small multiethnic shopping center is one of the city’s trendiest spots. With a gorgeous view for the city and castel you can enjoy the views and a cocktail and watch the sunset.
